David Joy

David Joy calls the NC mountains home.  He is the author of several novels, in which western NC is itself a character: the Edgar-nominated novel Where All Light Tends to Go; The Weight of This World; The Line That Held Us, When These Mountains Burn, and Those We Thought We Knew. He is co-editor of, and a contributor to, Gather at the River: Twenty-Five Authors on Fishing.
