Description
The demands for better corporate leadership, governance practices, risk management and regulatory compliance continue to receive heightened attention in the media. Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform, Consumer Protection Act, Say-on-Pay, Succession Planning, Whistleblower Bounty Program and Information Security are just a few topics requiring attention by Boards and Committees. Likewise, simply keeping pace with rapid technology advances, changing regulatory landscapes, and intense board and committee schedules might seem difficult at first but not impossible once a board director becomes familiar with the contents of this informative pocket guide.
