SUNNY POINT CAFE'S APRIL MOON

Local chef and co-owner of Sunny Point Café in West Asheville, April Moon comes to talk about her second cookbook, Breakfast & Beyond: Comfort Food from Dawn to Dark. The Citizen-Times says Breakfast & Beyond “contains tried and true recipes originally published in [her first book] Flying Biscuit Cookbook as well as many recipes perfected at Sunny Point Café” and that the recipes “are geared towards simplicity of execution and a maximum of flavor.” Moon will be joined by her mother and co-owner Belinda “Grammy” Raab.
